Non-Refundable Deposit Agreement Clause

1.A $100 deposit is required to schedule your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your procedure on the day of your appointment.

2.The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

No-shows.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the procedure.

Changes to the scope of the project or the decision not to proceed with the service.

3.The deposit compensates for the Provider’s time, resources, and preparation costs. By paying the deposit, the Client agrees to these terms.

Payment and Scheduling

4.The balance is due on the day of the procedure. Accepted payment methods: cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions.

5.A 72-hour cancellation notice is required. Reschedule by email or phone to avoid losing your deposit.

6.If two appointments are missed or canceled, a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

7.Appointments may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Additional Policies

8.No children under 18 are allowed in the procedure room.

9.Services cannot be performed on clients who are pregnant or nursing.

10.We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

11.Clients with previous work must email photos for approval before booking. If booked without approval, the appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Results Policy

1.Healed results vary for everyone, and Elena Saenko Beauty cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Additional brow makeup/products may be needed for desired results.

2.The cost of the procedure does not include a touch-up session.

3.Additional sessions, including touch-ups, will incur an extra fee.

4.Some clients may require up to three sessions, with additional charges based on the procedure and timing. For detailed pricing, visit the Services page.

Pre-Appointment Restrictions

Please read carefully to ensure the best results for your permanent makeup:

1.Avoid direct sunlight for at least 3 days before the procedure.

2.Refrain from tanning for 2 weeks prior or having sunburned skin.

3.Do not receive Botox at least 1 month prior.

4.Avoid facials, peels, or laser treatments 2-3 weeks prior.

5.Avoid intense workouts immediately before the procedure.

6.Do not wax, tweeze, or tint eyebrows within 3 days of your procedure.

7.Avoid alcohol 24-48 hours before the procedure.

8.Do not take aspirin, niacin, Vitamin E, or ibuprofen 48-72 hours prior unless medically necessary (Tylenol is okay).

9.Discontinue Vitamin A/Retinol products one month prior.

Contraindications

Permanent makeup is not suitable for:

1.Clients under 18 years old.

2.Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.

3.Those with keloidal scarring.

4.Growths in the micropigmentation area (e.g., papilloma, hemangioma).

5.Type 1 diabetics (insulin-dependent).

6.Clients undergoing chemotherapy (consult a doctor first).

7.Those with viral infections, diseases, flu, or cold.

8.Individuals with epilepsy or mental disorders.

9.Those with Botox within the last 3 weeks.

10.Clients on Accutane or steroids within the last year.

Aftercare Instructions

General aftercare recommendations:

Avoid the following for 10 days or until the area is fully healed:

1.Direct sun exposure.

2.Swimming pools and hot tubs.

3.Saunas and steam rooms.

4.Picking, itching, or scrubbing the area.

5.Intense workouts or heavy sweating.

6.Applying Neosporin, Vitamin E, coconut oil, or aloe vera.

7.Using products containing AHA’s (glycolic/lactic acids) near the area.

Individualized aftercare instructions will be provided during your visit.

SMP-Specific Aftercare Instructions

1.Avoid wetting your scalp on the day of the procedure.

2.On the second day, gently rinse your scalp without shampoo.

3.Shampoo may be used starting on the third day.

4.Avoid baths, pools, and scrubs for two weeks.

5.Refrain from direct sunlight for two weeks.

Correction Policy

For corrections of work done by other artists:

Full pricing applies for corrections.

Approval is required prior to booking. Please email clear photos of your lips, eyebrows, or eyes to elena.saenko.pmu@gmail.com.

Appointments booked without prior approval cannot be guaranteed, and deposits will be forfeited if canceled.
